My question is on educational management,
    1, student to teacher ratio must b 30 :1
This not followed in schools .this is the major problem in the school,
By this problem teachers are unable to maintain discipline.students are becoming indiscipline.
Teachers are forced do long hours of works, by this quality of the education is affected
Teachers are forced surrendere their original certificate for the job in private school job. by this teachers unwillingly working for less salary.
Teachers in schools teaching less salary, that’s a silent protest.
management problems should not be directed to be teachers problem
I expect tomorrow cm to answer this questions of from many hearts of teacher

    Dear sir,

    1. As per the commitment you planning to implement the CBSE standard in all the govt. school. but remember we fighted for removing the entrance exam considering the village students. If we implement the CBSE standard all opposition parties will expose to remove the same. need to work consider the same.

    2. One of main reason for poor quality education is because of lack of quality teachers. we need to have work for the same to improve the quality of teachers.

    3. Read somewhere quality of finland education is the best in world. Are we planning to have some training in finland to improve the our Quality of educations

Sir at first hats of to ur progressive thinking and refornatory ideas on education . However some of my concerns which i want u to look into are the following. 1. Provision of basic amenities and basic facilities in govt. Schools. 2. A health care personnel .nutrionist. yoga therapist and psychological counsellor to be appointed for every school. 3 . Ensure quality education for all and ideal teacher pupil ratio ,teacher quality and govt. Presctibed uniform fee structure. 4. To ensure to cut down paymejt seats in professional education and make admissions based purely on merit . There are a lot more . But i wish and pray that u look into them and act prudejtly
